Project Coordinator (Home Interiors)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Conduct initial consultations to understand client needs and preferences.
- Provide regular project updates and address client inquiries promptly.
- **Project Planning and Coordination**:

- Develop detailed project timelines and schedules.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders, including designers, contractors, and suppliers.
- Oversee project budgets and ensure timely payments.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, invoices, and change orders.
- **Site Supervision**:

- Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress.
- Ensure adherence to design plans and specifications.
- Resolve any on-site issues or challenges.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Maintain high-quality standards throughout the project.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure client satisfaction.
- Address any defects or issues promptly.
- **Post-Project Follow-Up**:

- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide excellent after-sales service.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in project management, preferably in the interior design or construction industry.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
