Job Title: CNC Operator

Reports to: Production Supervisor/Manager

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operate CNC machines (Milling, Turning, Grinding, etc.) efficiently and safely.

2. Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate production.

3. Set up and program CNC machines, including loading programs and adjusting parameters.

4. Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine maintenance.

5. Ensure high-quality production, meeting precision and tolerance requirements.

6. Maintain accurate records of production, quality control, and machine maintenance.

7. Collaborate with colleagues to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.

8. Adhere to safety protocols, quality standards, and company policies.

**Requirements**:
1. 2+ years of experience as a CNC Operator.

2. Technical certification or diploma in CNC machining or related field.

3. Proficient in CNC programming languages (G-code, M-code, Fanuc, etc.).

4. Familiarity with CNC machine controls (e.g., Fanuc, Siemens, Heidenhain).

5. Strong understanding of machining processes, tolerances, and measurement techniques.

6. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
