The Role

KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Experience exclusively in Boutique Interior Design Companies with exposure to commercial, residential, and Institutional Architecture
- The Interior Designer is to be involved in Interior Project Management and develop the Project through self & team and be involved in Studio Auto Cad drawings development &
checking.
- Detailed knowledge of materials, construction techniques, Furniture Fixture & Equipment procurements, technical drawings, detailed schematic / working/ presentation drawings /

PowerPoint Presentations
- Software skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and preparing detailed PowerPoint Presentations at short notices
- DEVELOP & MONITOR DETAILED INTERIOR BILLS OF QUANTITIES

(BOQS)
- Self develop detailed Concept Drawings & regular drawings for envisioned Designs
- Very Articulate and confident interactions/decision-making skills with the clients and the in-house team of the Interior Department

DETAILED
- In-depth knowledge of Commercial, Residential, Hospitality & Institutional Projects planning & execution
- Detailed knowledge of materials, detailing, construction techniques, F. F. & E sourcing, Lighting and construction costs (appropriate to the relevant budgets)
- Translate the concept driven strategies related to the project into detailed sketches with dimensions / materials to be used / vendor sourcing
- Develop the Concepts via Concept drawings (Self)
- In depth knowledge detailed drawings services, workings drawings and drawing management
- To develop and adhere to the prepared Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and the same to be updated on exclusions or inclusions of items as per the allocated budgets
- Monitor design process from Design conception / preparation of drawings & BOQs/material selections /vendor coordination to ensure the consistency of Design is

maintained and executed
- Intense interactions /checks with suppliers and vendors on material being selected as per Client specifications and assigned budgets
- On requirement Site checks and co-ordination with the support services
- Adhere and maintain the clientele requirements, project schedules and budgets
- Dedicated to timelines and deliverables to clients and the in-house team commitments
- Extremely Punctual to work and commitments
