CNC Operator

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate CNC machines accurately and efficiently.
- Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs based on technical drawings and job requirements.
- Interpret engineering drawings, CAD files, and specifications to determine machining operations.
- Select appropriate tools, speeds, and feeds for machining operations.
- Load raw materials, perform in-process inspections, and ensure product quality.
- Troubleshoot issues related to machining and programming.
- Maintain CNC machines and keep accurate records of work completed.
- Ensure a clean and safe working environment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a CNC Operator and Programmer.
- Strong knowledge of G-code and CNC programming languages.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and use precision measuring tools.
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM software is an advantage.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Minimum qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or related field.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Formal training or certification in CNC programming.
- Experience with wood, metal, or composite machining.
- Understanding of CAD/CAM design tools like Fusion 360, Mastercam, or similar.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
