Position: Telesales (Nimbus BPO)

**Salary**: 18,000/
- Qualification: Graduate (Any Stream)

Experience: 6 Months (Min)

Shift: Day Shift

Location: Ranchi
- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers in India.
- Having excellent communication in ENGLISH & HINDI Language.
- Build relationships with customers and develop a strong understanding of their needs.
- Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer objections and provide effective solutions.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitors.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of the BPO industry and its services
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Goal-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude
- Good time management skills to balance sales calls and administrative tasks.

**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
