**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teach English to students from Grades 6 to 12 as per the CBSE curriculum.
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans and assessments that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Prepare students thoroughly for board examinations through concept clarity and skill-based practice.
- Provide academic support through remedial and doubt-clearing sessions.
- Supervise students during residential prep hours and ensure a disciplined study environment.
- Participate in school-wide activities, cultural events, and student mentoring.
- Undertake residential school responsibilities such as student care, dormitory duties, and supervision.
- Foster a love for language, literature, and effective communication in students.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- Master’s Degree in English along with a B.Ed. (mandatory).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience teaching English at the Senior Secondary level (CBSE).
- Prior experience in a residential school is an added advantage.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Strong classroom management and student engagement capabilities.
- Willingness to contribute to the academic and personal development of students beyond classroom hours.
