**Job Title** - TGT Physics Teacher
**Location** - Samastipur, Bihar
**Salary** - ₹30,000 - ₹35,000 per month
**Experience** - 2-5 years
**Gender** - Male

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and deliver Physics lessons in accordance with the prescribed curriculum.
- Simplify complex Physics concepts using real-life examples and practical demonstrations.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments.
- Conduct laboratory experiments and encourage hands-on learning.
- Evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, and exams.
- Provide regular feedback to students and parents on academic progress.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive, engaging learning environment.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school activities.
- Stay updated with the latest teaching strategies and curriculum developments.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree with B.Ed (specialization in Physics preferred).
- 2-5 years of teaching experience as a Physics teacher (TGT level).
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to motivate students and make learning engaging.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
