**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Website Design and Development**:

- Design user-friendly and visually appealing websites aligned with client or organizational requirements.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to present design concepts.
- Utilize front-end development technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap).
- Integrate back-end components if necessary, ensuring seamless website functionality.

**2. Content Integration**:

- Upload and format content, including text, images, and multimedia, into the website.
- Ensure consistent styling and formatting across all pages.

**3. Website Optimization**:

- Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO (Search Engine Optimization).
- Ensure responsiveness and compatibility across various devices and browsers.

**4. Deployment and Maintenance**:

- Publish websites to live servers or hosting platforms (e.g., cPanel, AWS, or other hosting services).
- Monitor live websites for performance and resolve any issues post-launch.
- Regularly update and maintain websites as per user or organizational feedback.

**5. Collaboration and Reporting**:

- Work closely with the design, content, and marketing teams to understand project goals.
- Present design concepts and gather feedback for improvements.
- Provide regular updates on project progress to the supervisor.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Basic understanding of web development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Familiarity with design tools like Adobe XD, Figma, or Canva (preferred but not mandatory).
- Knowledge of website hosting, domain setup, and FTP tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot website issues and bugs.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity in design.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
