**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct assessments and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
- Provide one-on-one therapy sessions in-person or via teletherapy.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support clients' needs.
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and treatment.
- Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in speech therapy.

**Qualifications**:

- degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent.
- Valid state licensure and certification (e.g., CCC-SLP) as required.
- Proven experience as a Speech Therapist, preferably in a clinical or educational setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms (if applicable).

**Compensation**:

- This position is commission-based, with earnings dependent on the number of clients served.
- Commission rates are competitive and will be discussed during the interview process.
