About the Role:
We are seeking a creative Content Creator/Video Editor who excels in video storytelling and has proven experience in driving engagement and reach across multiple platforms. You’ll work closely with our marketing team to translate our vision into compelling visual narratives across social media, digital campaigns.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**: Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality videos
- **Storytelling**: Craft compelling narratives around fertility, women’s health, and patient journeys in a relatable and sensitive way.
- **Editing**: Cut, color grade, sound mix, add animations, subtitles, and graphics for polished delivery.
- **Campaign Support**: Collaborate with the social media team on campaigns, calendars, and thematic content.
- **Creative Direction**: Suggest fresh concepts for educational, emotional, and brand-building content.
- **Multi-Format Delivery**: Repurpose content for Instagram Reels, YouTube, LinkedIn, website, and ads.
- **Trend Spotting**: Stay updated with video formats, health/wellness storytelling, and social media trends.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in **video editing and storytelling** (2-5 years; healthcare/wellness industry is a plus).
- Proficiency in **Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software**.
- Ability to **shoot videos** (basic to professional camera handling; knowledge of lighting & sound setup is a bonus).
- Strong understanding of **social-first content** (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn).
- A storyteller’s mindset with sensitivity for **women’s health topics**.
- Creativity in using **motion graphics, typography, and visual effects**.
- Ability to work in a **fast-paced, startup-like environment**.
- A portfolio of previous video work (required).

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
