**ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Install and terminate cables for various AV systems.
- Install AV equipment such as telephone systems, projectors, LCD/LED TVs, power amplifiers, switchers, mixers, audio/video conferencing units, and control systems.
- Install and configure AV systems, including video conferencing setups, projectors, displays, microphones, speakers, and control systems (both wireless and wired microphones, manual mixers).
- Ability to accurately read and interpret schematic diagrams for AV systems.
- Strong understanding of AV system design concepts and the ability to interpret drawings.
- Ensure all installation tasks are completed as per schedule and in compliance with company standards.
- Test and commission installed AV equipment, ensuring all systems are fully functional.
- Maintain high installation standards throughout all projects.
- Test, troubleshoot, and resolve equipment issues related to AV systems.
- Perform routine maintenance and upgrades to ensure optimal performance and longevity of AV systems.
- Stay updated with new AV technologies and industry trends to meet current and future system needs.
- Coordinate with technical staff, clients, and stakeholders for the successful implementation and operation of AV systems.
- Provide regular status reports on project progress and any issues encountered during installations.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- ITI/Diploma in a relevant field.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Strong knowledge of AV system design, installation, and configuration.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and identify solutions.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize workload.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
