**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate lathe machines to perform turning, facing, drilling, boring, and threading operations.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work orders.
- Set up tools, workpieces, and machine parts for machining processes.
- Inspect finished products using measuring instruments such as micrometers, vernier calipers, and gauges.
- Maintain machines and tools in good working condition.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
- Report any machine malfunctions or quality issues to the supervisor.
- Maintain production logs and records accurately.

**Key Requirements**:

- ITI/Diploma in Turner, Fitter, Machinist, or related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in lathe operation and turning work.
- Ability to read mechanical drawings and use measuring tools.
- Good knowledge of metal types and cutting speeds.
- Physically fit and able to work in a factory environment.
- Team player with attention to detail.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹26,372.17 per month
