Digital Marketing Executive

**Job Description -**

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns, identify trends, and optimize performance based on insights.
- Manage and optimize organic and paid social media campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
- Conduct keyword research, optimize website content for search engines, and manage Google Ad Words campaigns.
- Collaborate with the content team to develop engaging and relevant content for digital channels
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and implement innovative strategies to drive results.
- Monitor and manage online reviews and reputation management across various platforms.
- Assist in the development of digital marketing strategies and budgets.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on digital marketing performance for management.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience (1-3 years) in digital marketing with a strong track record of driving results.
- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, MailChimp, etc.
- Experience developing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create engaging content.
- Creative thinking with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Passion for digital marketing and staying updated with industry trends and best practices.

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
