Job Summary: As an Interior Designer specializing in both design and execution, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing interior design projects. Your responsibilities will encompass conceptualizing interior spaces, creating detailed design plans, selecting materials and furnishings, and overseeing project execution to ensure the vision becomes a reality.

Key Responsibilities:
Design Development:Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences, functional requirements, and budget constraints.
Generate innovative design concepts that align with the client's vision while adhering to industry standards and regulations.
Create detailed design proposals, including floor plans, 3D renderings, and material selections.

Space Planning:Develop comprehensive space plans that optimize the functionality and flow of interior spaces.
Consider factors such as traffic patterns, lighting, accessibility, and ergonomics to ensure a harmonious design.

Material and Furniture Selection:Research and source materials, finishes, fixtures, and furniture that meet project requirements and budget considerations.
Present material boards and design samples to clients for approval.

Project Management:Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from design concept through to execution and project completion.
Prepare project schedules, budgets, and timelines, and ensure projects stay on track.

Execution and Supervision:Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and craftsmen to ensure accurate and high-quality construction and installation.
Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and quality.
Troubleshoot and resolve any design or construction issues that may arise.

Client Communication:Maintain open and clear communication with clients throughout the design and execution phases, providing regular updates on project status.
Address client feedback and requests promptly and professionally.

Budget Management:Monitor project budgets and ensure that expenses stay within the defined limits.
Provide cost estimates and make adjustments as necessary to meet financial goals.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- Proven experience in interior design and project execution, with a strong portfolio showcasing completed projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D rendering tools.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of sustainable and eco-friendly design practices is a plus.
