**Profile Introduction**:
As a Cafe Steward, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and impeccable service delivery within our café establishment. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to customer satisfaction will be essential in maintaining the high standards we uphold.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting patrons, taking orders, and ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously.
- **Order Management**: Manage orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in preparation and delivery.
- **Food and Beverage Preparation**: Prepare and serve a variety of beverages and light snacks according to established recipes and quality standards.
- **Maintaining Cleanliness**: Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all areas of the café, including dining areas, kitchen, and restrooms.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor and replenish inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies as needed, ensuring freshness and minimizing waste.
- **Cash Handling**: Process payments accurately using POS systems, handle cash transactions, and reconcile receipts at the end of shifts.
- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure smooth operations, assist in tasks as needed, and contribute to a positive work environment.
- **Compliance**: Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
