Perform routine tests, analyses, and inspections on samples (raw materials, semi-finished, finished products) according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Prepare chemical solutions, reagents, and samples as required for testing.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accurate results.
- Record and maintain test results, observations, and reports properly in lab registers and software.
- Assist in the implementation and monitoring of quality control programs.
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and disposal of samples and chemicals as per safety norms.
- Follow good laboratory practices (GLP) and maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the lab.
- Assist in troubleshooting lab equipment and processes when required.
- Support the Lab Manager or Senior Technicians in special tests, trials, or research activities.
- Report any deviations or non-conformities immediately to the concerned authority.
- Comply with all safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Knowledge About the Fabric GSM and Fabric Count & Color Fastness Testing.
- Knowledge About the Color Cabinet Machine.
- Helped in arranging swatches & samples.
- Basic knowledge of lap dip process.
