**Responsibilities**:

- ** Monitor planning documents and scheduling systems for new titles and missing images.**:

- ** Update tracking and project management tools.**:

- ** Assist with the optimization of the team’s project management processes.**:

- ** Collaborate with internal scheduling, planning, merchandising and local content teams across EMEA to keep tracking documents up to date.**:

- ** Work closely with content teams to ensure the flow of original artwork and episode images to the wider Photo Operations team.**:

- ** Ensure accurate delivery and publishing of artwork, localized title treatments and episode images.**:

- ** Use internal DAMs to manage image delivery to Max.**:

- ** QC file naming and delivery to correct compliance groups.**:
***Qualifications & Experiences**:

- ** 2+ years’ experience in project coordination or digital asset management.**:

- ** 2+ years of operational expertise preferred.**:

- ** Intercultural communication experience.**:

- ** High attention to detail.**:

- ** Team player, ability to collaborate easily.**:

- ** Ability to work across multiple projects, under tight deadlines, and whilst keeping a focus on both the big picture and the smallest details.**:

- ** Excellent communication and organizational skills.**:

- ** Excellent command of English.**:
