**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard automation tools and frameworks.
- Collaborate with software developers, business analysts, and quality assurance teams to understand project requirements and define test objectives.
- Design and implement test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on system requirements and functional specifications.
- Execute automated test scripts to validate software functionality, identify defects, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Analyze test results, investigate failures, and report bugs to the development team using a bug tracking system.
- Participate in test case reviews, requirement analysis, and test strategy discussions to contribute to the overall test approach.
- Continuously improve and expand the test automation framework to enhance test coverage and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and maintain a library of reusable test scripts and test data.
- Contribute to the continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipeline by integrating automated tests into the build and deployment process.
- Provide accurate and timely test status reports, metrics, and documentation to stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Automation Testing Engineer or in a similar role.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience in automation testing.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C# for scripting and test automation.
- Hands-on experience with automation testing tools and frameworks like Selenium, Appium, or Robot Framework.
- Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman or SoapUI.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing project requirements.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Automation Testing: 1 year (preferred)
- SDLC: 1 year (preferred)
