**Job Summary**:
**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Manage E-commerce Platform: Manage the company's e-commerce platform, ensure the website is functioning properly, upload new products, and monitor inventory levels.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with vendors, ensure stock levels are maintained, and perform regular stock checks.
- Order Processing: Process orders from online customers, ensure orders are accurately fulfilled, and coordinate with the shipping team to ensure timely deliveries.
- Sales and Inventory Analysis: Analyze sales and inventory data, generate reports to help with decision making, and identify areas for improvement.
- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and complaints, manage returns and refunds, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Marketing Coordination: Coordinate with the marketing team to implement marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the products on the e-commerce platform.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to improve efficiency and customer experience.
- Technology Management: Maintain databases, software upgrades, and troubleshoot technical issues related to e-commerce and inventory management software.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, E-commerce or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in e-commerce and inventory management.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Experience with e-commerce and inventory management software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks.
