IT Technician

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Hardware & Networking Support**:

- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT hardware.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues related to LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, and switches.
- Ensure the smooth functioning of network infrastructure by monitoring uptime and performing preventive maintenance.
- **CCTV and Security System Management**:

- Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems and IP cameras.
- Monitor and troubleshoot CCTV footage storage and network connectivity issues.
- Ensure optimal performance and perform upgrades or maintenance on surveillance systems.
- **Biometric Machines and Access Control Systems**:

- Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot biometric attendance systems and access control devices.
- Coordinate with vendors for repair or updates of biometric equipment.
- Manage employee access credentials and ensure accurate data syncing with attendance software.
- **Software and System Support**:

- Provide technical support to staff by resolving IT-related issues (onsite or remotely).
- Manage user accounts, passwords, and software licenses.
- **Inventory and Documentation**:

- Maintain an inventory of hardware devices and ensure proper documentation of IT assets.
- Document troubleshooting procedures and maintain logs of repairs and maintenance.
- **Collaboration and Vendor Management**:

- Coordinate with external vendors for hardware purchases, repairs, and AMC services.
- Assist in planning IT infrastructure upgrades or expansions in coordination with the IT Manager.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- **Education**:

- Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- **Experience**:

- 1-3 years of experience in IT support, hardware, and networking.
- Hands-on experience with CCTV, biometric systems, and access control devices is essential.
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of networking concepts (LAN, WAN, IP configuration, routers, and switches).
- Familiarity with CCTV installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Proficiency in setting up and maintaining biometric attendance systems.
- Basic knowledge of Windows, Linux, and antivirus software.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
