**Responsibilities**:

- Own the company's creative strategy around branding and content.
- Design and create graphic and video content for social channels like Linkedin, Twitter etc. as well as paid advertising channels.
- Design and manage content for our company website, print collateral and blog.
- Work closely with the content team to design and create infographics, case studies, whitepapers, etc.
- Provide creative direction for videos and have a say in the pre and post-production processes.
- Assist with UI/UX design if required

**Requirements**:

- A Bachelor's degree in any design field is preferable.
- Over 5 years of work experience in graphic or UI/UX design, preferably for a product company or a creative agency.
- Well versed in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, Figma.
- HTML/CSS knowledge will be a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of the latest trends in creative design.
- Strong visual and creative sense with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to study and research competitor strategies and improvise.
- Ability to present ideas and solutions through effective communication.
- Responsible and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Ability to multi-task and handle more than one project simultaneously.
- Strong technical aptitude to learn new tools.
- Basic video production skills like editing, animation, and motion graphics will be a bonus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with good presentation skills.
- Organisational skills including time, project, and process management.
- Ability to work effectively with both customers and project team members.
- Good interpersonal, relationship management, and facilitation skills.
