Description

seeking Junior Face to Face Fundraising Executives to join our dynamic team in Chennai. This full-time role is ideal for individuals with a passion for communication and a proven track record in fundraising. The position requires excellent coordination and interpersonal skills to effectively engage potential donors in support of our cause.

**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement fundraising strategies to meet financial goals
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential donors and sponsors
- Utilize databases and software for donor management and tracking
- Conduct research on potential donors and funding opportunities
- Collaborate with the public relations team to promote fundraising events
- Maintain accurate records of donor interactions and contributions

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in fundraising or a related field
- Strong market knowledge and strategic planning abilities
- Proficiency in utilizing databases for donor management
- Excellent relationship management skills
- Familiarity with Raiser's Edge software is a plus
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Up to ₹380,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 48 per week
