**1. Process Associate (Full-Time/Part-Time/Internship)**

**Employment Type**:Full-Time, Part-Time, Internship **Fields**:IT and Non-IT

**Responsibilities for Process Associate**
As a **Process Associate**at Bluez Infomatic Solutions, your responsibilities will include:
1. **Data Processing & Management**:

- Execute back-office projects with a focus on data processing, data collection,

and ensuring accuracy in deliverables.
- Maintain and organize databases, ensuring information is well-structured and

easily accessible. 2. **Adherence to SOPs**:

- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for diverse BPO, KPO, and ITES projects to ensure compliance and consistency in processes.

3. **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with team members, supervisors, and management to deliver

high-quality results.
- Coordinate with overseas clients to meet project requirements and exceed

expectations.
4. **Task Management & Efficiency**:

- Manage tasks effectively to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Balance multiple responsibilities while gaining hands-on industry experience

in IT and ITES processes. 5. **Innovation & Learning**:

- Be part of a dynamic and supportive team environment that fosters innovation and continuous learning.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying gaps and suggesting solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- UG or PG graduates from approved universities with advanced computer knowledge.
- Energetic, team-oriented individuals with strong communication and organizationalskills.**Work Details**:

- **Full-Time**:

- o Timing: 9:00 AM to 6:30 PMo Salary: ₹9,000 - ₹15,000 (based on experience and performance)
- **Part-Time**:

- o Timing: Flexible (any 4 hours within working hours) o Salary: ₹3,000 - ₹7,000 (based on task performance)
- **Internship**:

- o Duration: 30 to 90 days
- Stipend: ₹3,000 - ₹6,000 o Benefits:

- Internship certificate upon completion - Offer letter for outstanding performers
