- Greet and direct customers to specific sections
- Make the customer experience the brand, collections,and its details (e.g. product speciality, quality, pricing, and after-sales services)
- Understanding and fulfilling the product and service needs of the customer
- Cross-sell and up-sell products to customers
- Maintaining the inventory of your respective counters
- Manage returns, repairs, and exchanges of products as per the company policy
- Coordinate with the team members to provide excellent customer service
- Inform customers about campaigns, collections, and special offers
- Provide customer feedback to the manager
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services offered by the company
- Record & follow up on customer loss along with the reason
- Must have selling knowledge of Gold, Silver, Diamond and Platinum Jewellery.
