Chat Sales Representative

What you might be doing on a typical day:

- Receive and respond to customer inquiries concerns over a chat
- Engage, and consult with customers to provide recommendations for product and services
- Close sales
- Maintain and support customer cases and inquiries through satisfactory completion
- Wow customers with your ability to answer their questions and solve their problems with professionalism
- Ultimately you will provide excellent customer service that keeps the customer coming back

The basic stuff you'll need:

- Superior customer service skills and team work
- Ability to solve complex situational problems and independently make decisions based on available information and experience
- Exceptional written business communication skills
- Computer savvy with Microsoft office skills
- Higher secondary school certification required, college degree preferred
- The passion and drive to make a difference
- Experience in a service industry such as BPO, call center, hospitality, retail or other customer service-oriented organization preferred
- Should have a **broadband connection with minimum speed of 15 MBPS**:
