
Academic Coordinator

The Academic Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and managing academic programs, ensuring smooth coordination between students, faculty, and administrative staff. They play a key role in maintaining the quality of education, organizing schedules, and supporting student success.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate academic activities, including classes, assessments, and training programs.
- Act as a liaison between students, faculty, and management to ensure effective communication.
- Monitor student progress and provide necessary support to improve learning outcomes.
- Maintain student records, attendance, and performance reports.
- Organize workshops, seminars, and training sessions to enhance academic programs.
- Assist in curriculum planning, development, and implementation.
- Address student concerns and provide guidance for academic and career growth.
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies and accreditation requirements.
- Collaborate with faculty to improve teaching methodologies and student engagement.
- Manage educational resources, such as course materials, labs, and digital platforms.
**Required Qualifications & Skills**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in academic coordination, student services, or administration is preferred.
- **Skills**:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and learning management systems (LMS).
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with faculty and students.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in an educational or training institute.
- Familiarity with accreditation processes and compliance standards.
- Knowledge of student counseling and career guidance.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
