**Responsibilities**:
The Intern/ Apprenticeship will work as part of various research teams and will engage in all aspects of research and evaluation, provide oversight to various projects, and collaborate with other staff. Activities will include collecting (by travelling and/or telephone), organizing, and analysing data; preparing reports; developing research and evaluation proposals; supporting project managers in managing projects; and securing new business funding.

**Primary data collectio**n - This involves Telephonic Interviews in India or overseas with or without interpreter. It is likely that in India many face-to-face, in person interviews will be conducted with industry experts for which travel will be essential.

**Secondary data collection** - Searches of published information database containing financial information, internet searches and searches of paid database and broker

**Analysis** - Tabulation of findings and drawing out inferences based on market data.

**Presentations of findings** - Preparing slides based on research findings and analysis.

**Other Requirements**:
iv. Ability to work against tight deadlines

v. Ability to work on unstructured projects somewhat independently

vi. Proficiency in working on Ms. Excel, Ms. Word and Ms. PowerPoint

vii. Expertise, or great comfort with numbers

viii. Having knowledge of foreign language will be an added advantage
