Our firm m/s Anand & Anand Architects situated in MDC sector-4. We work in various architectural sectors like industrial, residential & commercial etc. We are seeking for a creative architect to joint our team, who have at least 3 - 7 years of working experience in the respective field. Have expertise in AutoCad, Sketchup, Revit, and also have basic knowledge of Structures. One should have the abilities of client handling.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Conceptualization**: Work closely with architects and other team members to understand project requirements and contribute to the conceptualization of architectural designs.

**2D Drafting**: Create accurate and detailed 2D architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details, using industry-standard software.

**Design Development**:Translate conceptual sketches and ideas into refined, detailed drawings while considering functionality, aesthetics, and compliance with building codes and standards.

**Collaboration**: Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate design elements, address feedback, and ensure cohesive project development.

**Quality Assurance**: Review and verify the accuracy of 2D drawings to ensure they align with project specifications and regulatory requirements.

**Documentation**: Prepare comprehensive documentation packages, including drawings and specifications, for use in the construction and approval processes.

**Stay Informed**:Keep abreast of industry trends, materials, and construction techniques to contribute innovative ideas and maintain design excellence

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
