Key responsibilities
- **Develop and deliver training**: Create and present training programs covering automation concepts, tools, and best practices.
- **Create training materials**: Develop course outlines, syllabi, training manuals, and hands-on lab exercises.
- **Stay up-to-date**: Keep current with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in automation and incorporate them into the curriculum.
- **Assess performance**: Evaluate trainees' progress and the effectiveness of the training programs, making necessary adjustments to improve learning outcomes.
- **Support training environment**: Ensure the training lab or environment has the necessary tools, devices, and software.

Required skills and qualifications
- **Technical expertise**: Proficiency in specific automation systems such as PLCs (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley), SCADA, HMI, and industrial networks (e.g., Profibus, Modbus).
- **Programming and configuration**: Experience in programming PLCs and configuring SCADA/HMI systems.
- **Mentoring and communication**: Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring skills to simplify complex technical topics for a wide range of learners.
- **Educational background**: Typically a bachelor's or higher degree in an engineering field such as Electrical, Instrumentation, or Automation, is required.
- **Industry experience**: Significant hands-on experience in the automation industry is essential, often with several years of experience in training or mentoring roles.

Pay: ₹9,065.03 - ₹30,082.26 per month
