Job Title: Store Keeper

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Inventory Management:

- Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming merchandise, supplies, and equipment.
- Organize and maintain the storeroom in a neat, clean, and orderly manner, adhering to safety regulations.
- Conduct regular stock checks and maintain accurate inventory records using the company's inventory management system.
- Identify and report any discrepancies in stock levels or damaged goods.

2. Stock Distribution:

- Process and fulfill stock requests from various departments within the company.
- Coordinate with the purchasing department to ensure adequate stock levels of essential items.
- Package and prepare orders for shipment or distribution to retail outlets or event venues.

3. Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all incoming and outgoing stock.
- Generate stock reports and inventory analyses as required by management.
- Assist in annual stock audits and reconciliations.

4. Housekeeping and Safety:

- Ensure the storeroom and surrounding areas are clean, organized, and free from clutter.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures related to handling and storing merchandise.
- Properly dispose of damaged or expired goods according to company policies and regulations.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant vocational training or experience in inventory management is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and basic computer skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items, as well as perform physical labor when necessary.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and secure work environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
