**Job Title**: Production Supervisor
**Location**: Ankurhati Industrial Park, NH-6, Domjur, Howrah, West Bengal
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Supervise and manage production teams to meet daily production targets.
- Plan, schedule, and assign tasks to ensure smooth workflow and mínimal downtime.
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Identify and resolve operational issues to maintain production efficiency.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of machinery and equipment.
- Train and mentor team members to enhance skills and performance.
- Maintain accurate production records and prepare performance reports.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Quality, Maintenance) to meet organizational goals.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Diploma/ Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role within production/manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of production processes and quality standards.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and production management software.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations.

- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
**Work Environment**:
- Factory/ Manufacturing floor with adherence to safety protocols.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
