As a Personal Trainer, you will work closely with clients to develop personalized fitness plans that align with their health goals. Your role involves guiding clients through exercises, ensuring proper technique, and providing motivation to help them achieve optimal results.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Conduct Fitness Assessments**: Evaluate clients' physical fitness levels to understand their strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
- **Design Personalized Training Programs**: Create customized workout routines tailored to each client's goals, preferences, and physical capabilities.
- **Provide Instruction and Guidance**: Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and ensure clients perform exercises safely and effectively.
- **Monitor Progress**: Track clients' progress over time and adjust training programs as needed to ensure continuous improvement.
- **Offer Nutritional Advice**: Provide general guidance on nutrition to support clients' fitness goals, while adhering to professional boundaries.
- **Motivate Clients**: Encourage and inspire clients to stay committed to their fitness journey, fostering a positive and supportive environment.
- **Maintain Records**: Keep accurate records of clients' sessions, progress, and any modifications to their training plans.
- **Ensure Safety**: Monitor clients during workouts to prevent injuries and ensure the safe use of equipment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Freelance

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Personal training: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Certified Personal Trainer Certificate (preferred)

**Location**:

- New Delhi, Delhi (preferred)
