As a Front Desk Receptionist, you play a vital role in creating a positive first impression for guests and visitors. Your main responsibility is to ensure a warm and welcoming environment while providing excellent customer service. In addition to managing incoming calls and greeting visitors, you will handle various administrative tasks and assist with inquiries and requests. Your professional demeanor, friendly attitude, and attention to detail will contribute to a beautiful and inviting front desk experience.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Welcoming and Greeting:

- Provide a warm and friendly welcome to all guests, clients, and visitors.
- Maintain a professional appearance and a positive attitude at all times.
- Ensure a beautiful and aesthetically pleasing front desk area, including cleanliness, organization, and attractive decor.

2. Communication and Customer Service:

- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, redirecting them as necessary.
- Attend to visitor inquiries and provide accurate information about the organization or company.
- Maintain a professional and friendly manner in all interactions, fostering a positive atmosphere.

Qualifications and Skills:

- High school diploma or equivalent (additional education or certification may be preferred).
- Proven experience in a customer service or receptionist role, with a focus on providing a positive and front desk experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Impeccable grooming and personal presentation, contributing to an aesthetically pleasing front desk environment.
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and a willingness to assist others.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
