**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
Create and maintain a marketing calendar with all brand marketing activities and campaigns
across all channels (online and off-line) to be updated on a daily basis
Identify and connect with Marketplaces and Offline retailers
Manage and execute product promotions, marketing strategies/campaigns and digital sales
through online retailers and third party platforms..
Influencer Management - Identify potential influencers - coordinate influencer based
marketing activities and maintain relationship with influencers
Affiliate tie up Management.
Evaluate and optimize effectiveness /performance of marketing campaigns.
Analyze performance of best seller and non-performing SKU’s to take necessary action and
give direction and feedback to the design team.
Assist as and when need arises with content management - product descriptions, images and
pricing, keeping in mind keywords etc for better reach.
Manage the brands online presence by maintaining brand tone and voice across social
channels including LinkedIn Twitter, YouTube, Etsy, Pinterest etc.
Generate weekly and monthly reports for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking,
and other paid marketing initiatives
Coordinate between digital marketing agency and social media agency.
Assist With Pop ups and trunk shows.
Market Research direction to be given to interns.
CRM -Resolving Customer Queries
Manage Home Shopping program
Assist with Ambassador Program
Create and manage Customer Feedback tracker
Lead Generation + Customer acquisition to increase revenue
Customer Data Management and Segmentation
Other Roles and Responsibilities as per the demand and nature of the Job.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
