**Job Title**: Back Office Executive
**Location**: Bhagalpur
**Salary Range**: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle data entry, record keeping, and documentation.
- Prepare, maintain, and update reports using MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Work with milling-related processes and ensure accurate record management.
- Assist in day-to-day back-office operations and provide support to the management team.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure data accuracy.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum **1-3 years of experience** in back-office operations or related field.
- Strong knowledge of **MS Excel (Formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Charts)**.
- Proficiency in **Google Sheets** and ability to work on shared documents.
- Knowledge/experience in **Milling operations** will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
