- **Job Summary**:_

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Blood Collection and Processing**:_
- Perform phlebotomy and collect blood samples from donors.
- Process and prepare blood products, including separation, labeling, and storage.
- **Testing and Analysis**:_
- Conduct routine blood typing, antibody screening, and compatibility testing.
- Perform specialized tests such as cross-matching and antigen typing.
- **Quality Control**:_
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and protocols.
- Conduct quality control checks and maintain accurate records of all test results.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to testing and equipment.
- **Inventory Management**:_
- Maintain and manage blood inventory, ensuring proper storage conditions.
- Monitor supplies and reagents, and reorder as necessary.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:_
- Accurately document all procedures and test results in the laboratory information system.
- Prepare and submit reports as required by regulatory agencies and internal protocols.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:_
- Work collaboratively with other laboratory staff, healthcare providers, and blood donors.
- Provide technical guidance and support to less experienced technicians and trainees.
- **Qualifications**:_
- DMLT
- Certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) or equivalent is preferred.
- **Experience**:_
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a blood bank.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
