1 Job Title: Factory Store Manager

**Job Summary**:
**The Factory Store Manager is responsible for overseeing all daily operations of the store, ensuring the store runs efficiently and effectively. This role involves managing sales, inventory, staffing, customer service, and maintaining the store’s overall performance in line with company goals.**

**Job Schedule: Mon - Saturday,**

**Time**:Timing: 10:00 Am to 07:00 Pm.**

**Gender: Male**

**Key Responsibilities**:
Ø Manage daily store operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and meets company standards.

Ø Overseeing the opening and closing of the store, security protocols are followed.

Ø Maintain inventory levels, order stock, and track product availability.Ø Control store expenses, such as labor costs and inventory waste, while meeting budget goals.

Ø Prepare and manage the store’s financial reports, including sales, expenses, and profit margins.

Ø Conduct regular audits to ensure financial accuracy.Ø Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing, adhering to safety and sanitation standards.

Ø Oversee maintenance of equipment and facility repairs as needed.

Ø Compliance and Reporting:
Ø Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and local laws.

Ø Provide regular reports to upper management regarding sales, performance, and issues.
- **Qualifications**:
Ø Education: High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree in business, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.

Ø Experience: At least 3 years of retail or management experience, preferably in a factory outlet or similar environment.
- **Skills**:
Ø Strong leadership and team management skills.

Ø Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ø Ability to analyze and act on sales and performance data.

Ø Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

Ø Proficiency in point-of-sale systems, Microsoft Office, and inventory management software.

Pay: ₹18,672.33 - ₹25,571.81 per month
