Position**:VMC /HMC/ 5 Axis Machine Operator
- CNC Shop**

Qualification**:ITI/Diploma (Mechanical)**

Experience**:3-10 Yrs in CNC Machining in Light and Medium Engineering Industry,**

Location - **Banthra, Lucknow**

CTC **:16,000 - 25,000/pm**

**Domain Knowledge Required: -**

Operating Knowledge of VMC/HMC /5 Axis CNC Milling Machine

Working experience on Fanuc/Siemens/Haas/Mazatrol Control

Knowledge of job Setting ( Setter role preferred) and Precision machining

Knowledge of making the basic Programs and GD&T, Surface Finish

Running the machine as per the component program and tool Setting

Knowledge of job setting offset, dialing, using Instrument like Micrometer, Bore Gauge etc.

Basic knowledge CNC tools like Inserts shapes, U Drill, Face mill, Boring, Micro Boring tools, Reamer, End Mill, etc

Ability to read the drawing and understand the dimension & tolerances

Experience of working on Steel ,Stainless steel and High Alloy Machining in Batch Production

**Roles & Responsibility: -**

Follow the Safety rules and work with PPE’s and maintaining the 5S on and around the machine

To program & operate CNC machines efficiently

To work with customer drawings and specifications with the minimum supervision

To work with tight tolerances and do self In process Inspection

Self loading and setting the job on machine by crane

To work on your own initiative and understand the manufacturing processes

Report any Process, Programming or tooling issue to Supervisor

Prove out programs at the machine ensuring the highest quality is maintained at all times

To take a responsible approach to health, safety and environmental risks in relation to your own

job role and to control the risks or report them to management as appropriate

Working with, Positive Attitude and Team Work approach

Follow the Shift Working and other duties as required, commensurate with job.
