Develop detailed and accurate 3D BIM models of HVAC systems, including ductwork, piping, equipment, and controls.
- Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other MEP disciplines to ensure the integration of HVAC systems into the overall building model.
- Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues between different building systems.
- Generate construction documents, such as shop drawings and fabrication drawings, from the BIM model.
- Participate in design reviews and provide technical input on HVAC systems.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest BIM technologies and methodologies related to HVAC.
- Maintain a high level of quality and accuracy in all work.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
