**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to increase organic search visibility and drive relevant traffic to our website.
- Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-impact keywords and phrases for content optimisation.
- Optimise website content, including blog posts, product pages, and landing pages, to improve search engine rankings and user engagement.
- Monitor and analyse website performance using tools like Google Analytics to identify opportunities for improvement and track key metrics.
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure that new and existing content is optimised for search engines and aligns with SEO best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and algorithm updates to adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Perform technical SEO audits to identify and address issues affecting website crawlability, indexing, and overall performance.
- Provide recommendations for on-page and off-page optimisations, including but not limited to meta tags, headers, URLs, internal linking, and backlinks.
- Monitor and report on competitor SEO strategies, identifying areas for improvement and innovation.
- Utilise knowledge of the meta universe and emerging technologies to explore opportunities for optimisation and visibility within virtual environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and development, to implement SEO best practices throughout the organisation’s digital initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role, with a demonstrable track record of improving search engine rankings and organic traffic.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO research platforms.
- Familiarity with meta universe concepts and technologies is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development concepts.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and website optimisation platforms.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the SEO and digital marketing fields.

**Location**:
This position is based in Chandigarh.
