**Key Responsibilities:UI/UX Design**:

- Design and develop engaging user interfaces for websites, mobile apps, and digital platforms.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of UI/UX designs.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to enhance product functionality.
- Maintain design consistency across all digital products and ensure a user-friendly experience.

**Graphics & Branding Design**:

- Create visually appealing social media ads, banners, posters, and marketing materials.
- Develop branding assets such as logos, typography, and color palettes.
- Work on 2D/3D visualization for product and industrial design needs.
- Ensure all graphics align with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.

**Social Media & Digital Ads Design**:

- Develop high-converting creatives for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
- Optimize ad designs for different placements (stories, feeds, carousels, reels).
- A/B test ad visuals and analyze performance to refine creative strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in digital advertising and UI/UX design.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Freshers with Self paced Learning or 1 years of experience in UI/UX design, graphics design, and social media advertising.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in **Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch** (for UI/UX)
- Expertise in **Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Indesign** (for graphics & ads)
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus but not mandatory
- Experience in animation/motion graphics is a bonus
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong creative and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and design aesthetics
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
