**Position: Digital Printing Operator**

**Type: Full-Time**

**Location: Delhi, Daryaganj**

**Experience Level: Experienced (minimum 2 years)**

**Salary : 15k to 30k per month basis experience and skills**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Digital Printing Operations**:

- Operate and maintain digital printing machines, especially Konika 6000, ensuring high-quality outputs.
- Prepare files for printing, including color correction and layout adjustments.
- Monitor print jobs to ensure consistency, accuracy, and timely completion.
- **Lamination**:

- Perform lamination processes using various materials and techniques (hot/cold lamination).
- Ensure laminated products meet quality and durability standards.
- **Equipment Maintenance**:

- Perform regular cleaning, calibration, and minor repairs on printing, lamination, and cutting equipment.
- Report major equipment issues to the technical team for resolution.
- **Quality Control**:

- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality expectations and company standards.
- Identify and rectify defects in printing, lamination, or cutting processes.
- **Collaboration and Coordination**:

- Work closely with designers, production teams, and partners to understand project requirements.
- Manage production schedules to meet deadlines without compromising quality.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- **Technical Expertise**:

- Hands-on experience with digital printing equipment (e.g., Konika 6000 or similar brands).
- Knowledge of lamination techniques and materials.
- Familiarity with plotter cutting machines such as Roland, Graphtec, or Cricut. (optional)
- **Software Skills**:

- Proficiency in graphic design software such as CorelDRAW, or similar.
- Ability to work with various file formats like PDFs, SVGs, and vector graphics.
- **Additional Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.
- Problem-solving skills for troubleshooting equipment and production issues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Prior experience in a commercial printing environment.
- Understanding of colour management and calibration processes.
