Role : Performance Test Specialist

Notice Period: Immediate

Work Experience : 6 to 8 years **Strictly No fresher**

Job Description - Performance Tester:
Role:

- Ability to work independently on project performance testing with mínimal supervision.
- Able to understand the complex architecture of the product developed in various technologies like java, springboot, Cloud Technologies, etc..
- Associate should have Performance Testing strong skills with working experience on APIs and Web Applications.
- Understanding of the requirements / architecture and NFR.
- Good experience in performance testing using Microfocus - Performance Centre(Load Runner) and JMeter
- Hands-on experience of developing scripts, designing test scenarios, test execution, monitoring, analyzing results and reporting performance bottlenecks.
- Experience in setting up/designing load scenario for various tests like load test, endurance test, stress test etc.
- Ability to work independently on project performance testing with mínimal supervision.
- Experience in profiling and monitoring tools like AppDynamics, Grafana,.Kibana
- Experience in Database monitoring
- Proactive & Dynamic Team player, Self-motivated and believe in doing and getting things done.
- Experience in Setting up Test Environments, Debugging Environment issues.
- Experience in Identifying H/W and S/W Needs for setting up Test Environment
- Publish results and receive appropriate signoff. Prepare detailed status reports, and monitoring of all defects and issues.
- Knowledge of sound development practices with exposure to Agile development, release engineering and continuous integration is a plus.
- Passionate about finding software performance bottlenecks and optimizing code to produce a better customer experience.
- Participate in the development and reporting of test metrics; items such as test confidence and test coverage reports.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task and work separate projects in a fast-paced dynamic company environment and extremely tight timelines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,200,000.00 per year
