**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and network systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.
- Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and backups to ensure system integrity and security.
- Monitor system performance and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation of IT procedures, configurations, and service logs.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure seamless IT operations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an IT Technician or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Linux/Ubuntu systems and commands.
- Familiarity with both hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Understanding of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, etc.).
- Ability to install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software.
