**Role Overview**

We're seeking a creative Graphic Designer who can craft visually stunning designs that capture attention and drive engagement. You'll be creating brand identities, social media graphics, and marketing materials that help our clients build serious clout in the digital space.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Design compelling social media graphics for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Create brand identity packages including logos, color palettes, and brand guidelines.

Develop marketing collaterals such as brochures, flyers, and digital advertisements.

Design website graphics, banners, and UI elements.

Create presentation templates and pitch deck designs.

Collaborate with account managers and creative directors on campaign visuals.

Maintain brand consistency across all client touchpoints.

Design packaging and print materials when required.

Stay updated with current design trends and digital marketing aesthetics.

Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

**Technical Requirements**:
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition.

Experience with digital design formats and social media specifications.

Knowledge of print design and production processes.

Basic understanding of web design principles.

**Creative Skills**:
Strong visual storytelling and brand thinking.

Ability to adapt designs for different platforms and audiences.

Understanding of current design trends and social media aesthetics.

Creative problem-solving and conceptual thinking.

Attention to detail and pixel-perfect execution.

2-4 years of graphic design experience in marketing, advertising, or digital agencies

Portfolio demonstrating versatility across brand identity, social media, and marketing materials

Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects

Strong communication skills

Creative mindset with commercial awareness

Knowledge of current design trends and digital marketing landscape
