Income & Currencies business enables Deutsche Bank to respond to increasing automation, regulatory
expectations and client demand for standardisation and transparency in execution across fixed income,
currency, and emerging markets.
Role Overview:
The role is an extension of the Global FIC Business Management team in the Global Emerging Markets (GEM)
division. The role involves liaising with COOs and Business Managers in FIC, Business leads and
Infrastructure partners. The role requires hands-on individual, who will be involved in various initiatives of the
business undertaken to increase efficiencies, cost control and ancillary changes or new initiatives owned by
business management for FIC GEM business.
We seek well-rounded and dynamic individuals to join our team as Business Managers - Product & Workflow
Change Initiatives. Joining this team will give you the opportunity to be the bridge between strategy planning
and strategy execution, build relationships with key stakeholders, drive business success & deliver tangible
value.
Scope:
- Manage projects related to (i) Product or Client Strategy / Performance & (ii) Projects related to front
to back trade flow, operational workflow & technology / business interface
- Support running of product working groups eg Bond WG, FX WG, NPA/NTA & help define workflow
frameworks
- Handle New Product Approval (NPA)/ New Transaction Approval (NTA) approval and postimplementation processes for various businesses
- Assist with various initiatives across the Business Management landscape, performing tasks with
embedded change requirements including business analysis, process improvement etc.

Key Responsibilities:
- Track deadlines, deliverables, resources and timelines throughout the project process, and manage
the Milestone Change Controls and own the requisite Management Information reporting
- Ensure documentation, supporting materials and plans are updated and readily available for Steering
committees, other internal teams and senior leaders
- Active collaboration and stakeholder engagement across the Bank by working closely with business,
product specialists, administration specialists etc to collect, balance and manage seamless
implementation of plans
Your Skills & Experience:

- Bachelor degree or above, preferably with a focus on economics, business administration,

mathematics, business informatics (or equivalent)
- 3- 7 years work experience in banking domain working in Business Management / COO space with an

understanding of FIC Products
- Very strong analytical skill and ability to think laterally.
- Strong skills in MS Excel & Powerpoint, with an understanding of Program Management

methodologies
- An ability to communicate, both orally and in writing, in an effective manner with people from various

backgrounds/hierarchies
- Ability to integrate well into a team & build collaborative relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders
- A willingness to be flexible to meet changing work priorities and tasks, with an ability to manage a high

workload, work independently and plan your work to meet deadlines
- Prior experience of delivering change within the Financial Markets / Investment Banking industry. You

may also specialize in a core change capability e.g. Business Analysis, Program Management, Process
Improvement/Re-engineering, Change Adoption and Test Management
