**Liaison**:

- Managing relationship and liaison with various govt. departments like PMC (HE, Traffic, DP, SWD, etc., Revenue (Collector, Tahsildar, CT survey)
- All L. P. Works
- Water connection/ P form
- H.E’s NOC
- No Dues.
- D.C.C (Approval / completion )
- PCO, Health.
- Coordinate with them for obtaining different permissions licenses
- Liaison for any payment that is to be made these office bearers
- Building Proposal Works.
- Survey Remarks.
- Demarcation
- Other follow ups with Arch. For further approvals.
- S.G. Dept. - Tree NOC
- R. L. Remarks.
- Street Light Remarks.
- Other CTS Works.
- Measurement.
- Other Follow ups.
- Ensure 100% ethical in all dealings

**Filing, Documentation & Reporting**:

- Ensure all the statutory documents required are prepared in set timelines to avoid any late payment charges/penalty
- Giving an update to HOD on daily basis on status of permissions, licenses, etc.
- Providing regular updates to the directors in terms of status on various matters, documentation and any delays/discrepancies.

**Administrative Work**:

- Ensure all the Passport related work are done on time to time basis and regular updates are given to the respective Directors/ HOD for the same.
