**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and generate accurate invoices as per company policies and client requirements.
- Verify billing data, contracts, and supporting documents before processing.
- Maintain records of invoices, payments, and account balances.
- Coordinate with the accounts and sales teams for any billing discrepancies or clarifications.
- Follow up with clients/customers for payment collection and update the payment status.
- Prepare monthly billing reports and assist in audits when required.
- Ensure compliance with company and statutory financial procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in billing, accounts, or finance operations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP, or SAP).
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
