**Position: Procurement Executive**

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Send out RFQ's and follow up with vendor for completion.
- Receiving the price quotations. (competitive quotes)
- **Purchasing / Sourcing of products like Pipes, Tubes, Flanges, Fittings etc.**
- **Review and understand technical specifications.**
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Keep accurate records to justify the process and any other related decisions made in this regard.
- Maintain vendor maintenance file - set up all new vendors for all locations including Corporate.
- Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts.
- Graduate / Diploma in mechanical engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in purchase.
- **Sourcing of materials & Negotiation skills are Must.**
- **Experience of dealing with Steel suppliers**
- **Knowledge of ASME, ASTM standards will be added advantage**
- Proficiency with office software, specifically Microsoft Excel or similar programs.

**Salary**: ₹19,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
