**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote Mukti Fresh products and services.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide information about our offerings.
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities through effective questioning and listening techniques.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer questions and objections.
- Record customer interactions and details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
- Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the management team.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve strategies and campaigns.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
